These terms govern your use of the WELAYO app ("the app", "we") on the Salla platform. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
WELAYO analyzes your Salla store's product data, scores each product, suggests improvements ranked by priority, and offers bulk fixes that are applied only with your approval.
2. Pilot
The app is currently free for a limited number of stores. We may add or change features during this period. We will not charge any fee without telling you in advance and getting your agreement.
3. Eligibility and registration
- You need an active Salla store and a valid business document (commercial registration or freelance document).
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- We review every application before activating the dashboard, and may refuse it or suspend an account if eligibility is not met or the service is misused.
4. Bulk fixes
- No fix is applied until you review the preview and confirm it. You are responsible for reviewing changes before confirming them.
- We change only the fields shown in the preview, and keep their original values so you can undo.
- If a product is edited in Salla after the preview, we skip it and leave it unchanged. Undo likewise skips a product edited after the fix.
5. Your store content
Your store and product content belongs to you. You give us a limited permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Scores and recommendations
Scores and recommendations are guidance. They measure how complete and clear a product's information is, not the quality of the product itself. We do not guarantee any particular result in sales or search visibility.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, including Salla outages. During the pilot the service is provided as is.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use of the service. This does not affect any right that cannot be waived by law.
9. Ending use
You can remove the app from your store at any time. We may stop the service or suspend an account with notice to you, except in cases of misuse.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
